Harmony Veterinary Services
Treating pets in the comfort of your home
Harmony Veterinary Services is a Whistler-based house-call only general practice veterinary service for cats, dogs, rabbits and other small furries. Dr Caroline Alms, BVM&S MSc MRCVS, graduated from Edinburgh University and worked a mixture of emergency and general practice in the UK before moving to Whistler in 2021. Dr Alms has since been travelling the Sea to Sky Corridor, working at many different clinics as a locum vet, before deciding to start up Harmony Vets. She is excited to get to know the pets and owners of the Whistler and Pemberton communities and is passionate about Fear Free Practice which is why she is offering an house-call service. Her professional interests include dermatology and allergies, feline medicine, and quality of life consultations.

PAWS is an organization developed to provide support and relief to local animals in need.
Pemberton, BC’s own animal rescue shelter, PAWS is an organization developed to provide support and relief to local animals in need. As the shelter runs solely on donations provided by the community, it relies on dedicated volunteers to keep it going. Almost every week another stray puppy or abandoned cat is brought to PAWS in dire need of support. With your help whether it be through volunteering, fostering or through donations, PAWS can continue to give these animals the help they need in order to start on their new journey.
